Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is a tree mushroom growing primarily on birch trees in northern latitudes. The highest activity of active substances is observed in chaga harvested in the cold regions of Russia, where the climate promotes the accumulation of melanins, polyphenols, and other protective compounds. Due to its high content of antioxidants and β-glucans, chaga is traditionally used as a supportive remedy for chronic inflammatory conditions and to strengthen the body's protective functions.
